Even though every other day of the year I seem completely obsessed with my Japanese studies...Independance Day with all it's fireworks and stuff never fails to bring my mind back to my own country in all it's awesomeness. ^^
And I know I'm such a whimp for giving into such a thing along with the crowd, but it's just so cool.
I like the big fireworks...xD I really do. They save my heart the trouble of beating itself. :3

It was so funny.
When we got back from watching the fireworks tonight, my dad's like, "So were you thinking of Richard during that?" And I'm like, "o_O;; How did you know?!" "Because you were last year." "What?!? How did you know that?!?" "You told me." "...I did?"

Oh yeah, and it was windy, so the embers got carried over to the hills and they all caught on fire...o_O Let's hope that doesn't reach the hills behind my house.

i couldn't park this year.... I had to stay on the streets and watch the fireworks behind buildings and trees... and it was raining XDD and lightning A LOT. I think lightning struck one of them and dude! People were being illegal everywhere! Setting off roman candles and really really good fireworks too. I'm still hearing some firecrackers outside my house.

=o but... hope the hills/house is ok XD and glad you had fun. I wish I did ^.^;;;

lol it's ok. It was kind of cool in a way.... but traffic was really delayed. It's never rained on the 4th before... o.o that I know of.

LOL, I love the fireworks, too. Where I am living on a hill, you can look in almost any direction and see fireworks going off all over town and even across the river! It's beautiful.
